Students learning to blog

My academic lab is learning to blog- and the responsibilities of blogs. But first we are starting with paper blogs.  Bloggers have to be mature enough to post reasonable and school appropriate posts as well as handle comments from peers in a constructive way.  Learning to post and comment alike is quite a challenge, but when you are the one being criticized - frames of mind begin to change.
